ÓL Irish Cocktails is about placing drinks back into culture. Not just something you consume, but something you experience. As the primary cocktail partner for Another Love Story festival, Common Threads festival, and Love Is A Stranger festival, alongside being the main pouring partner with the Irish Museum of Modern Art, ÓL exists where art, music, and people come together. It is a drink designed to be part of the moment.

Whitebox Cocktails is about one simple idea: great cocktails, instantly. No shaking, no measuring, no guesswork. Just crack the can and you are holding a properly made drink in your hand in seconds. It takes everything people love about cocktail bars and makes it effortless, without losing the magic.

Dublin Cocktail Lab is about creation at every level of the drinks world. From ready to drink cocktails to bar ingredients and bespoke serves, it operates as both a producer and a creative force. This is not just a brand, it is a working lab shaping how cocktails taste across Ireland.

Fierce Mild is about rethinking what Irish beer can be today. Rooted in Ireland’s brewing tradition, but built for a more modern way of drinking, it delivers all the familiarity of a proper pint with a lighter, alcohol free approach that feels current, not compromised.



The Root Co. is a London-based, B Corp-certified drinks company redefining soft drinks through a sharp, ingredient-first philosophy. Built around real, single-origin ginger sourced from Tanzania, and made with minimal, natural ingredients, the brand delivers bold, low-sugar flavour with a distinctly adult edge. Sitting between premium soda, functional beverage, and non-alcoholic alternative, The Root Co. reflects a wider shift toward transparency, provenance, and drinks that prioritise substance over sweetness.
The Pickle House is about big, unapologetic flavour. Built around spice, acidity, and depth, it takes the intensity of bar ingredients and puts them front and centre. This is not subtle, it is designed to wake up the palate and bring energy to whatever it touches.

Tipple is about changing what the next day feels like. Irish Owned and designed as a hangover defence tablet, it works alongside how people actually drink, helping reduce the impact without asking you to change the moment. It is not about stopping the night, it is about protecting the morning.

Iessi is about redefining the aperitivo moment without alcohol. A fully non alcoholic aperitivo inspired by Italian tradition, it delivers the same sense of ritual, flavour, and occasion, just in a more modern, alcohol free way.



Maison Bourgoin is about precision over convention. A boutique, family owned house based in the Charente region of France, Bourgoin combines deep roots in traditional viticulture with a more progressive, terroir driven mindset. It is Cognac made with intent, where every decision starts in the vineyard.

Wostok Limonade is about challenging what a soft drink can be. A Berlin-based, fully certified organic range, Wostok draws inspiration from unusual flavour combinations rooted in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. It is soda reimagined, more complex, more aromatic, and built with intent.

Fire & 5th is not about replacing alcohol, it is about replacing the feeling of it. Built as an aperitivo style, non alcoholic range, the brand focuses on heat, intensity, and stimulation, delivering bold flavour and a physical sensation that keeps you connected to the moment.

Bacanha is about redefining what syrup can be. Not overly sweet, not artificial, not an afterthought. Instead, a fully certified organic, flavour-first product designed with the same care and precision as a premium ingredient. It is syrup treated as craft, not commodity.



Ralph’s Malted M%lk refuses categorisation. At a silky 10% abv, It does not sit within the cream liqueur, cocktail, dairy, or function space. It exists outside of them, defined by sensation, composition, and mood. This is not a product designed to compete, it is one designed to stand apart.

Bubble Trouble is about bringing energy back into wine. Not quiet, not formal, not reserved. Just bold, certified organic sparkling wines, canned and ready to go, sitting at around 11% ABV. It is wine that shows up, stands out, and moves with you.



SIP is a modern canned wine brand built around one simple idea — one great glass of wine, ready to go. Partnering with a family-run winery in Navarra, Spain, SIP focuses on quality-first wines shaped by altitude, Atlantic influence, and careful winemaking. Each can is designed as both a drink and a canvas, featuring artwork from Dublin-based artists and made for moments where a full bottle doesn’t make sense.
